TERM-seal Sealant Active

TERM-seal Sealant Active is a specially prepared formulation for use in joints and cracks of all types. Containing the active control agent Bifenthrin, this agent is modelled on Mother Nature's own insecticide pyrethrum (extracted from the pyrethrum daisy) which kills and repels Termites.

Designed to cope with the rigors of construction and joint movement TERM-seal Sealant Active is also waterproof and can be used in virtually any situation where a Termite resistant and waterproof seal is required.

Used by itself for construction joints, saw cuts etc and also compliments other TERM-seal products for unusual and difficult to protect applications. It is also used as:

• Bonding agent of TERM-seal PRM Active to concrete, timber and masonry
• Sealing Penetration collars to pipes
• Repairs and joints with TERM-seal Reo-Band
